To assist in this effort, we provide our clients with this 4-phase process as roadmap of our web production process. At each milestone we seek our clients' feedback to ensure their satisfaction is met.

Discover

We begin the process by familiarizing ourselves with you and your business. Key areas of focus will be:

• Your marketing objectives and expectations.
• Your intended message.
• Your audience.
• Your competition.

Once we feel we have a good grasp on these areas, we will conduct any necessary research and make recommendations we feel may benefit your strategy. This is, by far, the most important step in the process—understanding each other. We want to be sure we are able to see your vision and that you feel we are the right fit for your project.

Design

Now that we have a good grasp on your vision, we take that vision and develop a concept for your review.

During the Design phase we may also be starting on other critical areas of the project, such as:

• Designing a site map to define the website's structure and navigation.
• Programming the backend of the site.
• Obtaining from you all the initial content that you are going to be providing.

Develop

Once the design and structure has met your approval, we will begin developing the website.

Developing includes:

• Finalizing the structure and navigation.
• Building all the pages of the site based on the approved design.
• Adding graphics and content.
• Creating any necessary WOW! Elements such as multimedia components or Flash animations.

Deliver

We're just about ready to "go live." But first, we will thoroughly test the site on multiple browsers and platforms to ensure the best usability. During this time you will also be asked to familiarize yourself with the fully functional, non-public site and provide us with feedback. Upon your final approval, we will:

• Publicly launch your site and continue to test during the initial launch to ensure that everything is still in good working order.
• Submit your site to the appropriate search engines.
